Pro is $10 a month. It adds unlimited devices and tools sharing one memory, Ask your memory, automatic memory refinement, memory exports, and Ambient Memory delivered to Claude Code and Codex. Insights is coming soon for Pro.

How many questions can I ask my memory?

On Pro, you can ask up to 30 questions per minute, with up to 600 characters per question. Each question is answered independently using relevant saved memories. This is a rolling rate limit, not a daily or monthly allowance, and temporary service-capacity limits can apply. The Ask Atlaso field below answers product questions and does not use your personal memories or require Pro.

Can I cancel Atlaso anytime?

Yes. Pro is billed monthly with no contract and no lock-in. Cancel from Settings, under Plan and billing, in a couple of clicks. You keep Pro until the end of the billing period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.

What happens to my memories if I downgrade or cancel?

Nothing is deleted. You keep Pro through the billing period you paid for. When Pro ends, its AI features stop and your extra devices and tools get a five-day sync grace window. After that, the most recently used device stays connected with one active tool; your other devices are disconnected, not wiped.

What are Gateway Tools and Gateway Build?

They are the two ways to use Atlaso Gateway, both coming soon. Gateway Tools brings your memory into Claude Code and Codex on your own Claude or ChatGPT plan, and everyone on the waitlist gets free early access. Gateway Build is for the apps you build: one API for models from five providers, paid as you go with your own keys or an Atlaso balance. Prices are not set yet.

Does Atlaso have an annual plan?

No. Pro is $10 a month, billed monthly, with no annual contract and no annual discount currently offered. You can cancel from Settings at any time and keep Pro until the end of the billing period you already paid for.

Is my data private with Atlaso?

Yes. Keys, tokens and passwords are redacted before a memory is stored, wherever Atlaso can recognise them, and everything is encrypted in transit and at rest. Atlaso never trains AI models on your memory and never sells it. A memory goes to a model only to produce your result. Forget a memory and it stops coming back; delete your account from Settings.
